Salmon Florets

Serves 4

Ingredients:  
4 slices Smoked Salmon, very thin
2 Chives, finely chopped 
2 wedges Lemon
1 tsp. Crème Fraiche
1⁄2 tsp. Caviar

Procedures:
Roll the thinly sliced salmon around your finger and twist into a floret. Sprinkle the chopped chives and squeeze a few drops of lemon juice on top. Add a dollop of crème fraiche and top with a small dot of caviar.
