Wendy Brodie, a San Francisco native, is an acclaimed chef, artist and television personality. Her artful cooking style has been showcased with celebrity chefs as Julia Child, Jacques Pepin, Roy Yamaguchi, Paul Prudhomme and Martha Stewart. Her TV program, “Art of Food” is broadcast across the country on PBS. Wendy has written food columns, lectured, demonstrated cooking and table top designs, and developed menus at prestigious world class resorts and 5-star hotels in the USA, Europe and Hong Kong.

As special guests you will receive a privileged series of complimentary on-board cooking demonstrations, table décor, recipe exchange, open discussions, food & wine pairings and private receptions hosted by Wendy Brodie, chef/artist. Wendy will be collaborating with Joyce Jue of San Francisco, another internationally recognized culinary professional, award winning cookbook author and popular lecturer.

Wendy selected this fascinating region of Southeast Asia because it offers such a colorful backdrop to celebrate the variety of styles of both food preparation and stunning presentation. By the way Wendy’s mother was born in Shanghai. Gliding in from the sea is an appropriate way to explore the less-discovered region of islands & remote lands.
